It's Transformation Tuesday! So here is a little video to compare my full wheel evolution. Left video is the first time I was able to balance it on my own , right video is from last week.
It's a very very challenging move, you not only need the flexibility but also the strength and the balance. I had been working on this move for a LONG time already.
Now I'm able to enter it on my own so much easily, I can straighten my legs and grab higher towards the knees, I can also stay much longer in the position. My next goal is to grab my knees and one day to be able to grab my legs directly from a drop back (without touching my hands on the floor). ✨Progress because you want more for yourself, learn because you want to understand your body, change because that is the only thing that is constant. And practice with consistency and respect of your body because this is the key✨
