Out of all people My grandmother was one of one!
She was one of the strongest I know,
the one that really taught me about faith. My grandma helped me with my growth. She helped me with my strength.
She knew about every step of life I've been.
My grandmother was diagnosed with cancer last year.
Guess what?! she didn't even take it as a threat.
Her words was "Jamon, in Jesus name I know I'm still blessed!" Dry your eyes she would say ,
Remain faithful she would pray.
I used her strength to start to appreciate every single day! Though today is the worst, because I can no longer see your face.
today is the day I came to conclusion you won't see me graduate.
Today I had to man up and realize I rather you not suffer. & can be a peace knowing you in a better place.
Though I'm pissed that I was suppose to cross that stage in may.
Cause last minute my school would say one of my classes wouldn't transfer over & you know I was furious ,
But you said "I was straight. It was apart of God's plan Jamon"
and everything happens for a reason but you said make this one promise to me.. to never stop believing... & I won't #RipMySoulja #Mynigga #uptownwillneverbethesame
