Through the \"Inversion Challenge\" Day 3 and 4 combined!!..... All upside down and inside out, challenging ourselves to change our perspective and direction, is difficult, regardless if it's through physical challenge or mental. As we build our physical strength, our mind enjoys some risk. I thought I would never be able to do the chin scorpion pose; because I have had a herniated vertebrae in my neck. However as my upper body strength increased and my confidence with it....with blocks it's totally possible!
The pose takes alot of back strength and flexibility and of course...bravery.😉
After I land in #chataranga and float up to #upperwardfacingdog; I end up closing with #rabbitpose; wich is the pose of the day on Day 4! So I combined the two inversions. Rabbit being a gentle inversion; geared to softly stretch your lower back. A more accessible pose for most.

Chaturanga is great for building core stability which protects your back from injuries. You'll strengthen your arms, legs and shoulders. If you're working on inversions and arm balances hold this pose for as long as you can to build the muscles needed 💪
