A fairwether gym trip and doing the elliptical for 15 min 2 days a week winded with Gatorade was my idea of fitness . I seriously was not an athlete a day in my life and I thought the teenage body I had I would have forever . After kids I gained weight - I felt horrible about myself . But I did not want to put in time to do any work . Over the last few years I had excessive eating habits - I went from eating too much to sometimes skipping meals and weighing myself .
