Great workout this morning but we headed off to church. Just finished up week one of this program on my new nutrition plan. Even though I am lifting and adding a couple days of cardio I feel good with keeping my calorie intake to 2100 per day. 😳 I know that number may scare some people because we are like I am not eating than many calories or else I will gain a lot of weight. Trust me I was the same way, I thought with my size ( I am a short guy ) I will ballon up 🤣 but I trusted the process and was amazed that I didn't get all fat.
Currently I am on a 30%, 35%, 35% eating plan thanks to one of my buddies. Daily I am learning how important your nutrition plays a HUGE part in getting fit. I mean I knew it before but talking to a friend of mine and seeing his amazing results has got me like why not me. Right.
So why not you also, what I am doing is not that different than what you can do. It just takes 30 minutes a day and dedication. 💥
