Good day IG fam! 😄READ THE CAPTION: ---------->Now, some may look at the date and assume it took me 10 years to transform. That's not the case. It actually took me about 5 or 6 years of exercise. But even within that time, I wasn't always consistent. I remember having a membership at Planet Fitness and wasting money by going hard one month, then taking 8-9 months off, then going hard again. Anyone ever been there before? 🙋🏾♂️ It's real! And to this day, believe it or not, I struggle with motivation to workout some days. But one thing I've mastered over the years is DISCIPLINE! Sometimes you just get tired of going through the same cycle of quitting and starting. So, between 2014-2015, I went from 140lbs to 210lbs of lean muscle gains! 😳 (I've obviously cut and bulked a few times since then) So, no matter how I feel, because I've seen my hard work pay off before, I will make it happen again.
