Can we chat about anxiety folks? Recently I've found myself stressing and unable to clear all the tasks in front of me because life things get in the way. Sometimes, I'm momentarily sick with worry, especially when my email inbox is more than overflowing. I have lots of lovely commission's, plans for my business and art work to do, which is super exciting and I'm loving working on them!
Please don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining and I'm so thankful that my job is doing well. I LOVE what I do! Probably too much - I don't have an off switch and so I'm working flat out, which is not helping. So my question is, how do you manage your anxiety about tasks you are working on? How do you switch off? How can I squash the guilty, twisty feeling in my stomach I get in the evening that I'm not working when I know it's my down time? Heeeeeelpp! 💛
