Calgary’s first-round selection (21st overall) in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft, Mark Jankowski @janko61_ has made a splash in his rookie season out of Providence College, currently leading all AHL rookies with 26 goals and pacing Stockton with 51 points in 59 games. Jankowski, whose plus-16 rating is tied for sixth among rookies league-wide, was the CCM/AHL Rookie of the Month for March and enters Wednesday’s action on a nine-game scoring streak. @theatccanada we like to incorporate metabolic training at the end of a session. A hockey 🏒🥅 player might be skating hard for 30 to 40 seconds and battle hard in the corners at the same time

Speed, quickness and the ability to explode/accelerate 💥equally off either single leg in multiple directions dictate your success in sports
That is why @theatccanada we like this drill. It exposes weaknesses in the single leg movements. These pro hockey 🏒🥅 athletes are getting better 👍

Once the athlete memorizes the patterns their times decrease dramatically. However, you really have to move for those incremental time decreases 43 ➡️ 42 ➡️ 41 etc

With the World Cup quickly approaching (July 12-22), the Canadian Women's Lacrosse team has released who its captains will be for this year's cup 🏆... Needless to say, Katie Guy -- a long time member of #teamETS, an alumna of the local Lady Blue Knights lacrosse club and a 2013 Penn State alumna -- has been named a co-captain along with Dana Dobbie!!! 🇨🇦 Starting her career with Team Canada as the youngest member of the squad in 2009, Katie has excelled her lacrosse career all over the world becoming an even bigger role model to younger members of the Lady Blue Knights!

Congratulations Katie, and good luck to you and the rest of the team in England!! We will be cheering you on from home!

Friday of the #canadaday long weekend & after 5 weeks of #trainhard we decided to have a little competitive fun. Due to a thunderstorm we had to forego the beach & move indoors. 9 teams of pro #hockey 🏒🥅 players competed for the Medball Volleyball 🏐 Championship.
