Friday's @theatccanada are an #Explosive 🚀 movement day. In this video our pro athletes are performing dynamic/speed squats. Reps are kept in the 2/3 range, the resistance 50% to 60% of 1RM. The goal is to move the bar as fast as possible. We refer to this as Game Speed and we use Reaction Drills to improve game speed and also prepare the body for the season. Cues can be either visual or verbal
