Tropical Smoothies Kinda Morning πŸŒΊπŸ“πŸŒπŸπŸ’¦πŸ‘„ So rejuvenating!
βœ”οΈ The Recipe:
-1 cup of strawberries
-1 cup of mango chunks
-1 cup of papaya slices
-1/2 cup of pineapple slices
-1/4 cup of blueberries
-1/4 cup of blackberries
-1 pink pitaya or dragon fruit
-1 ripe banana
-1 Tbsp. of maca powder for endurance
Pop all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. I used my vitamix and blend until nice and creamy! Cheers & Happy Tuesday! ➰

Our pro #hockey πŸ’πŸ₯… athletes began their 2017 Off-Season Development Program @theatccanada today. First they had medical assessments done by @sheddonphysio Coach Shea Pierre put them through some rope skipping drills & hip mobility hurdle work
After the strength πŸ’ͺ work they finished with this Elite Core Circuit that we got from @jtm_fit 2 sets of 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest for each exercise πŸ’₯

Blueberry nice cream by @frauherzblut πŸ’œ

300 g frozen blueberriesΒ 
300 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
50 g coconut butterΒ 
1 bananaΒ 
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Blend all the ingredients together. Either prepare the mass in an ice cream machine or place it in a freezer friendly container and freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring it every half hour. Let thaw a bit before serving. #bestofvegan

1️⃣Low double leg pushes. These are tough if you load up sufficient weight. It comes close to a triple extension and hits your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders & core. These elite junior #hockey πŸ’ players really felt the 4 sets. The 2 athletes at the beginning are expected to be picked next month in the @nhl draft
