Me and my trainer were trying to come up with something that would make my legs burn. When I got around to the bands I'm not gonna lie it was tough. But it wassss sooo funnn πŸ’ͺ😊 Try it out! || Deck of cards workout: 56 in the deck (4 jokers) go through every single card. Each suit has an exercise listed above. If you pull a joker you run stairs down and up (we have 4 flights at our gym) then I had a resistance band around my waist and my trainer held me back and I ran in the opposite direction all the way down the hall. Joker➑ Run away then back pedal back then side shuffle away and side shuffle back. Then 15 V ups, 15 weighted crunches, 10 weighted Russian twists, and 25 bicycle crunches. πŸ’œβž‘ For the hex bar dead lift every face card is worth 5 reps and every value card is divided by 2 and rounded down if necessary. (I.e. 7 πŸ’œ would be 3.5 rounded down 3 reps) I had 110 lbs in total. The rest is quite simple just follow the board! I hope you love the workout 😊
