As promised, this is my pork/bear/rabbit/squirrel dry rub.
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 large or 2 small dried chili peppers
1 teaspoon white pepper
Grind the dried peppers into powder and pour the contents into a teaspoon. Fill the teaspoon the remainder of the way with your favorite steak spice.
Add all contents to one container and mix well.
This should do one pork roast, a whole jack rabbit, 2 squirrels or a rack of ribs. Feel free to spread the recipe around!
