🛁 It wasn't until I started working at Aēsop a few months ago that I started spending any significant amount of time, effort, or money on skincare.
Aside from helping with acne concerns and boosting my overall confidence, Aēsop also taught me something even more important: the value of daily self care.
Even when life's responsibilities demand our constant attention, we deserve a short moment or two every day that's dedicated to self care, free of distraction. It's my way of practicing mindfulness on a regular basis and keeping anxiety at bay.
Yes, Aēsop products are expensive. No, you don't need expensive products to take care of yourself. But here's my two cents: an average massage costs ~$100 and lasts about an hour. That same $100 could buy 2-3 high quality skincare products (Aēsop or otherwise) that make you happy every time you use them, and last several weeks with daily use. Not that there's anything wrong with a massage 🤷🏻♂️
