Today was an optional day for me so instead of just pounding out another work out on the pavement I decided to go outside and play! 😜🏃Went for a 5K run/hike. Mostly trails, some stairs and lots of cool viewpoints. Didn't run non-stop the whole way… Instead, stopped to enjoy myself and take in nature. 🐿🐦🌱Found it was a really nice way to still get in a workout while avoiding some of the mental fatigue that comes with training. •••
Anyone else have any fun workouts that they like to do to break up the monotony of training?
