Last night I ate icecream and pizza. This morning I'm having an ultra-healthy smoothie because #balance
So today is supposed to be squats, but I had X-rays taken a week ago, and my chiropractor is worried that I've done damage in my shoulders and lower back, so "no heavy lifting until our next appointment" (Wednesday). So I guess this week can be more conditioning and muscles I usually neglect *cough* benching. In short, my workouts this week will suck.
