La stupida verità è, che non vedo l’ora di avere anch’io un commento con “Però il letto poteva rifarlo!”😂😂😂 Migliorare i dettagli quando ti alleni da molto, è parecchio difficile, sono piccolezze impercettibili a volte e che ci fanno scoraggiare perché sembrano non arrivare mai, facendoci pensare di essere arrivato al nostro limite massimo.

Ho ripreso ad allenare i quadricipiti da poco, perché personalmente non amo dei giga quad (considerando anche che sono poco più alta di una gnoma), ma la soddisfazione di vedere il quadricipite sezionato quando cammini, è una figata pazzesca e credo che per ogni donna, notare un piccolo miglioramento sia una soddisfazione immensa non neghiamolo.

Ho la fortuna di potermi autovalutare e capire cos’è meglio per il mio corpo, perché è il mio lavoro...ma ora questa fortuna ce l’hai anche tu fra le tue mani con X WOMAN, certo... -Non sarà facile

-Dovrai stare a dieta
-Dovrai allenarti
-Dovrai trovare l’incastro giusto ...ma credimi che riuscirai a capire perfettamente, come risponde il tuo corpo, cos’è meglio per lui e come modificarlo secondo i TUOI canoni e NON quelli degli altri e finalmente sarai libera ed indipendente.

Getting in a warm up before the @ocrwc!
A warm up is always extremely important to do before you start your workout. But, it is also very important to vary your warm up based off of your workout.

This year I did the 3k and 15k courses at the @ocrwc! Both courses were killer but in very different ways which meant I need to warm up accordingly.

For the 3k I did a more high intense and strenuous warm up because I wouldnt even be racing for 30 minutes. I needed to make sure I was warm enough to go all out 100% so I made sure to do exercises like lunges, squats and squat jumps, push ups jumping jacks, burpees, and sprints.
The 15k race was much more about endurance so I didn't want to burn myself out on the warm up. I made sure to keep myself lightly active for about 15 minutes with jogging, jumping jacks, high knees and knee pumps.
