These slower paced (I sped the video up in an attempt to keep you from getting too bored-you're welcome 😁🤗) workouts, and the craziest thing is I am feeling stronger every freakin day💪🏼💪🏼😁 There were so many push ups today, in sets of 4, and I did them ALL on my toes, PLUS all of these split downdog to knee tucks! I LOVE my virtual gym and being able to find workouts that challenge me and keep me on my toes...sometimes literally!
Moral of today's story-never give up! Some of these moves were so damn hard for me just two months ago. But, I kept reminding myself about times before when I kept going, despite fear, rejection, disappointment, and persevered and made shit happen! That's intestinal fortitude baby, we all have it in us! Remembering how it felt to crush a goal ALWAYS helps you push through the next wall, even when it hurts or is scary. Your results are on the other side of that wall so don't give up!
