Happy Fitness Tip Friday! 😁✍🏼💪🏼 Who thinks you can't get in a good, effective workout doing modifications?? 🤔 Me 🤚🏼! Well, I used to believe that if I wasn't doing the exact move the trainer was doing, I wouldn't see progress or get any benefit (can you say perfectionist?😳). WRONG! Yep, that's right...even modified moves will give you a GREAT workout friends! In fact, when you practice the moves at the level YOU are at, you will get THE most from your workout! 👍🏼💯💯💯 And you'll build strength and endurance, and begin to see gains and progress faster than you might think!
How do you know when to modify? When youur starts to suffer, or you cannot do the move with the same depth, or weight, as the trainer. You also avoid injuries by modifying when you need to! Injuries lead to delays, frustrations, and all kinds of other negative stuff so let's avoid that and modify when we need to team!
These moves from tiday's workout were all modified! This isn't race against anyone else, guys.
