so here's a throwback to when I went to @harmoniumbar. I had their Friday to-fish which was tofu in beer batter with the best chips ever, with a pot of tea and buttered thick bread on the side. Honestly tasted exactly like fish and chips, and it's only £10 on a Friday. I was also cheeky and added mushy peas 🌱

One pot quick Thai curry 💚 - I might have missed Songkran (Thai new year) but creating some easy Thai flavours with these little @bluedragonuk beauts! Little paste pots that work really well for a quick meal 🐉💙 . . I just boiled some lentils and rice for 10 mins, browned some onion and then threw in chickpeas. Put everything into one pot and add the paste. Use non-dairy milk (I just had soya) to help create the creamy sauce!
