I jumped. Flipping went all in.
And, as many of you know... actually jumping into water itself is NOT Jillian's jam... but this jump meant so much more for me and my life than "just getting wet". It was powerful. It was spiritual. It was supported by the Universe and the INCREDIBLE, powerful, soul sisters I had the opportunity to grow alongside with this weekend.

Monday Motivation!! What's YOUR SUPERPOWER??? Yes we ALL have one! It's your strengths- the things you are good at!
I'll tell you this- I'm pretty good at keeping it real with you so today's motivation might hit you hard-

There are people out there that can only WISH they could move their bodies- WISH they break a good sweat- WISH they could lift a 5 lb. weight - WISH they could do a burpee- WISH they could take a yoga class- but they can't-

Can you physically do all those things right now - today?

If so what the heck are you waiting for?

Until you are told you can't?
Until you are told by a Dr. you need to lose weight?
Monitor your eating habits?
DO IT NOW- While you CAN!! Get rid of those dumb excuses as to why you CAN'T bc at the end of the day if you don't now it will be even harder later-! So GO.... stop scrolling IG - GO! NEED HELP GETTING STARTED? Hit me up! I know what to do!

๐Ÿ’•Today has been an amazing day! I get to spend time with friends and family while I build an amazing business helping so many. Changing one life at a time!
Today was extra special just off a zoom call with out TEAM about the new U.K. Launch ! How exciting is this !
Last year at this time I was working on a HOT classroom for free on my summer vacation getting ready for my students to come back! I was so unhappy, treated like a dog and was not excited at all! Now I have the flexibility to build big dreams and help so many!
I love this community, it's so REAL, inspiring and we all LEAD with our hearts and that's that! If this sounds like something your interested in doing and want to learn from one of the best teams the company has to offer we need to chat!
I know I will never get these years back with my children and and so excited to take this journey! I finally gave in and joined and have gained so much!

Hey I'm Abby!!! A bunch of you are new here so wanted to share that I PROMISE I get out of workout clothes each day ๐Ÿ˜‰ I'm married to my hunky college sweetheart (I may have kissed him first๐Ÿ™ˆ), and mama to the two cutest kiddos...not biased at all! I get to work during the day as an Assistant Director of Admissions at my alma mater and then also as a health and fitness coach. I love Jesus and my family and was a missionary kid until college. I love baseball, am a history nerd, am a firm believer that ice cream is laced with some sort of drug since I lose all self-control around it! And also that driving in a pickup truck with windows down and country music blasting is a perfect dateโค๏ธMy biggest passion is HELPING people live into their calling and potential, whether it's in my job in college admissions or helping women find confidence through health and fitness and figure out how to fit it into their crazy busy lives!!! It's a little crazy some days balancing it all but I wouldn't have it any other way๐Ÿ˜Š

I love the solitude of a kayak ride around the pond...alone with my thoughts, doing something I thought I couldn't, drinking in nature!

Eek! It's been a while since I went all in for a program. To be honest, I've been scattered all summer while preparing to switch careers.
As exciting as it is, there's a level of anxiety for me too. I made a decision to start over and wipe the slate clean with my workouts and eating too!

I'm so frustrated! I realized I had to modify after my Round 2 push. I'm super bummed and just wanted to quit...I didn't though and just stayed humbled๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป As most know me, I push myself each and every workout๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป

My right calf muscle is sooooo tight (from Friday with 2 minutes left in the workout), Saturday was strength training, so not as much being on the balls of my feet. I don't think it's pulled and I've had some bananas and water too, so it's not just a crap! .
Any advice on whats going on?!?! I rested Sunday, although I've been on my feet all weekend! Thanks!!
