Semua tim #UFF sudah menghuni Ubud selama bertahun-tahun, bahkan ada yang lahir dan tumbuh besar di kota kecil ini. Jadi, mereka pasti sumber terpercaya untuk meminta saran tentang satu hidangan yang wajib dicicipi di Ubud. Menurut @ariputrayasa, Partnership Coordinator Festival, satu hidangan tersebut adalah rujak kuah pindang yang biasa ia beli di sebuah warung kecil di Jalan Cok Gede Rai, Peliatan. "Potongan buah segar yang disajikan dengan kuah yang terbuat dari rebusan ikan pindang dan cabai ini adalah cemilan favorit saya. Rujak kuah pindang cuma ada di Bali dan biasanya mereka yang mencoba hidangan ini untuk pertama kalinya akan tertarik oleh baunya. Bau kuah pindang agak sama dengan bau terasi. Saya ingat di #UFF17 banyak turis yang penasaran akan aroma terasi di sesi Teater Kuliner: Modern Balinese Cuisine."
