One of, if not the best exercise, for improving coordination, speed and agility throughout the body.
Not only is it a bad ass shoulder and calf workout. It's also great for building aerobic endurance, if running isn't your thing. It also looks damn cool once you get a nice rhythm going.
Try starting with 3-5 sets of 2-3mins with a min break in between. Eventually progressing to a full 15-20min round.
Make sure to buy a rope that when folded in half loop end of the rope touches the ground and the start of the handles reach your arm pit. Eventually when you get better you may want to shorten the rope.
