Long time since I posted something car related and especially about my Subaru. Well I got one night of driving once the summer wheels were mounted in April. Since then it's been sitting quietly on my parking spot. The factory UK sigma alarm system was just broken the next morning which immobilized the car. It's been extremely difficult and frustrating getting any help locally from our Subaru dealers here in Sweden or from Subaru Nordic since this alarm system only came on the UK models. Subaru UK also wouldn't help me directly. But you would think such a large company had a way to communicate internally that wouldn't leave a dedicated customer for months without use of their car. Guess not. Last time it drove was April 24th. I contacted a dealer on the 27th of April. Still waiting on Subaru to come through and help me with this, if not I might have to disassemble the whole car, track and remove cables where the alarm system is patched in to the OEM loom. Not a fun prospect having no garage to push it into for that. So that's where the situation is with that... • #longpost#carproblems#subaru#wrx#sti#typeuk#sigmaalarmisshit#didntrollintotheshop#prodrive#ppp#subieproblems#rhd#ej207#nogaragelife@subaruuk#subarusverige#subarunordic
When a button to spray cold water onto the intercooler is a standard feature of the car, you know @subaruuk weren’t messing around when they built the #impreza#22B#typeUK. The drive to #LeMans2018 has been an absolute joy.
