This morning I did dumbbell squats, dumbbell step ups, Romanian deadlifts, and hip thrusts 💪
I don't usually feel like I have much steam for afternoon cardio on leg day, so I really surprised myself. I did 17 minutes of elliptical intervals, switched to 15 minutes/300 kettlebell swings (mainly with a 20 lb kettlebell), and finished off with 16 more minutes of elliptical intervals. 😮
I have nothing left for today.
