Delightful early evening to get in an outdoor run and conditioning session. Apologies to those affected by the snow and weather systems. This morning I did dumbbell squats, dumbbell step ups, Romanian deadlifts, and hip thrusts 💪

I don't usually feel like I have much steam for afternoon cardio on leg day, so I really surprised myself. I did 17 minutes of elliptical intervals, switched to 15 minutes/300 kettlebell swings (mainly with a 20 lb kettlebell), and finished off with 16 more minutes of elliptical intervals. 😮

I have nothing left for today.

Workout 2 for today is finished now. (I took this picture before I started the kettlebell swings. I currently look like I was run over repeatedly by a truck.)

My workout week last week.
The top is Jefit strength training stats. The bottom is My Fitness Pal. I definitely only did 10 workouts rather than 12, and I am still not confident that the 2 a day plan is sustainable.

It’s workouts like these that really ruin people’s excuse of “I don’t have enough time to workout.” So with that said, you can be average, or you can be different. 🤷🏻‍♂️But don’t look me in the eyes and tell me you don’t ever have time. Just tell me you’re lazy. 👌🏼

I’ve been feeling super discouraged the last few days and I can’t shake it.... after a great week last week for my birthday and doing #twoadayworkouts and I can’t seem to budge the scale.... to keep myself motivated I’m going to try to hit what the internet tells me I should eat for calories each day, maybe I’m not getting enough calories!? The thing that makes me the most discouraged is the fact I lost my #20lbs pretty fast like 6 weeks and I’m seriously stuck at that mark and I’m going on #week12 of my #naturalweightlossjourney .... 🤷🏼‍♀️ #suggestionsplease
