You won't see rice classed as a "SUPERFOOD" in magazines. This is because It doesn’t have massive amounts of any one micronutrient.
Rice isn’t like this. It gives you a little bit of a broad range of nutrients ( protein, carbs, fibre, calcium, iodine, selenium, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B7, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc). ALL foods are super! All foods have a place in our life so if you like rice, enjoy it!
