Bright spots can be used in any aspect of life. You're simply asking yourself, "what's working, and how can I do more of it?"
Chip and Dan argue that bright spots can give direction to our rational brains while providing hope and motivation to our emotional brains. Sounds like a win-win to me.
So today, I ask this of you: in whatever aspect of life you feel you're struggling in, can you find a bright spot? Then how can you choose to turn up that light? 💫
