you must👉 heat 2/3c homemade vanilla cashew milk (recipe via @balancewithb) over med heat. Take off heat and stir in 1/2c quick oats, 1/2tsp turmeric, lots of cinnamon and a pinch of black pepper. let sit a minute then stir in 1 tbs @so_delicious unsweetened coconut yogurt + 1/2tsp maple syrup (optional). top with berries, hemp seeds, @smallbatchorganics granola and cashew buttahhh 😍😍

How to Make Turmeric Lemonade

There are many different ways you can make turmeric lemonade, but we have chosen the most effective and easiest way.

Recipe: 4 servings
🍋
Ingredients
4 cups of cold water
2 Tbsp of freshly grated or powdered turmeric
4 Tbsp 100% maple syrup, honey or *stevia if you are avoiding sugar
1 lemon or lime
Juice from 1 blood orange (optional)
Tiny pinch of black pepper (Always Mix Curcumin With *Black Pepper)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir it and serve it with slices of lemon.

Uses – It contains natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiviral properties. – It is a strong immunity booster that will improve absorption of essential nutrients – Juices are used in many detoxes as nutrients to absorb and reduce calories

It can be consumed on a daily basis and it goes well with any type of food.

So, I've been hearing about #goldenmilk ...so I decided to research it and make it using a turmeric paste I also made (yep, you're right, I have no idea what came over me😮). But I must say that even without a sweetener, it's pretty good. Now, let's see if I get a great night's sleep out of it (and without staining anything...😉)! Has anyone ever tried it?

Spicing it up on an ice cold day 🔥🔥🔥

Golden milk tea. So simple to make, all you need is one cup of coconut or almond milk, a teaspoon of turmeric powder and some raw honey. I like to add some ginger to mine aswell. This tea is excellent for inflammation and pain relief. If you haven't heard about the amazing healing benefits of turmeric I suggest you start reading about it!

In a skillet caramelize 1 #shallot and 1/4 sweet onion (or whatever #onion you want) *add to pot after
In a #pot
Ckn or #vegetable broth, stock or better than bouillon
4 #carrots peeled chopped
2 cloves #garlic chopped
1-2 #greenonions chopped
1/2c cooked #wild #rice
Shave 1-2 tablespoons #ginger root
1-2 tablespoons #turmeric
Some #yellow #curry spice #mix
1 cup peeled and chopped #sweet #potato
2 chopped #radishes
1 teaspoon celery seed

Pepper
Bring to a boil, simmer (I like to simmer mine for a few hours) pulse half the soup in blender once
