Easy summer meal idea - potato bar! Baked potatoes “baked” for 3 hours on high in the slow cooker, plus potato toppings - broccoli, cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and home cooked 🥓 bits. We added leftover turkey chili for extra protein. My mom made this a lot when I was a kid. I remember also topping it with Italian salad dressing. You know, that kind you bought the dry spices for with an empty bottle, then added your own oil & vinegar! Who else had that? Anyway, delicious, healthy, easy and inexpensive dinner!
