Bench always makes me feel better about myself these days 😅. It’s too bad that bench matters the least out of the 3 lifts, but I’ll take what I can get! 2x4 Larsen press @ 165# felt super strong, then 2x4 @ 155# and 2x5 @ 140#. Really focusing on my bench form so I can get that 200# bench that I want SO BAD! Also loving my @team_fight_for_it tank top supporting addiction recovery- something near to my heart.
