You gotta put work in. Bottom line...it’s that simple. Get off your backside & do work. When you’ve had a long day & it’s the last thing you want to do...suck it up buttercup, and f’n do it.
3 months ago I was 246lbs and 41% body fat. Eating like shit for all of my meals, not to mention the shitty snacks I was eating between meals & sucking down pop like a fish needs water.
