FALSE. I still have clients that talk about how they don't want to lift heavy because they don't want to get bigger. This is soooo far from the truth it's not even funny. I've been lifting heavy AF for years and I'm still struggling to grow in some areas! Women do NOT have enough testosterone to get bulky. You would have to be lifting insanely heavy, and eating in a surplus for a LONG TIME (years). Trust me, you will not "get bigger" I used to think this as well and I wish I knew a long time ago that this is false!! Most women come to me just "wanting to get toned" well lifting weights will do just that! Don't be scared of weights!
