Ahhhh, leg day. 🤗🍑 Today was my squat day (front squats, not shown), and these are some of my accessories. (Speed ⬆️💃🏻)
-Always, always hip thrusts. Today was 3 second paused thrusts with no hands, at 185lbs. I did 4 sets of 12.👌🏻
-My friend @linzgrover just showed me these deep lunges on the smith machine today, and I think I did them correctly. They buuuurned! Lol Hopefully I can get her fiiine blonde booty to show me again, and critique me. 😏 I watching my form like 💁🏻♀️🤓👀👁 #mirrormirror
-Sideways single leg press, 3x12xwhat works for YOU. Looooove these.
-Cable rope pull throughs, paused first, rep it out at the end. 🔥🔥🔥 I do 10-12 paused reps, then pump AMRAP, 3-4 sets. In my experience, you can go heavier on these than you think you can. Set the pin...then go one higher/heavier. #seewhathappens
Not only was it a good leg/glute day, it was a fun! My abs got lots of work laughing with mah gym friends. I love an enhanced workout. Hehe 🤗🐸❤️
