Who's up for orange wine? I took the plunge and bought Georgian (the country not the state) wine from Vineyard Tsarapi. It's a biodynamic and unfiltered wine. Orange wine needs to be decanted like red even though it's classified as a white wine. It's unique color comes from white wine fermenting in a cement or ceramic vessel. It's sharp, tannic, oh my sourdough it's bold and not for timid souls. Try it! I'm sold.
