Recently I've been very tired and recovering unusually slow. After checking in with my dr, she seemed to think I'm not eating enough! When I'm constantly on the go, eating sometimes is last priority, especially with that NYC hustle! Today I'm trying out these meals in hopes to get my energy back up! Thank you @heartymealsny for sending over these delicious meals. Here is what today's agenda looks like.
Breakfast: Quinoa Porridge with Maple Syrup, Almond Milk, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Oranges.
Snack: Blueberry Scone with Raspberry Jam
Lunch: Rice and Beans
Snack: Lentil Pate with Mixed Greens, Carrots and Cucumber Slices
Dinner: Steamed Greens with Tofu Puffs, Olives, and Sicilian Sauce.
