*6 Red Potatoes *1/2 Bag Baby Carrots *1 Onion chopped
*1/2 Box Tomato soup
*1 bag small gnocchi *1 Can fire roasted rotel tomato
*Bisto
*Garlic Powder
*Salt and Pepper to taste

Photo on left was AFTER my first 30 day transformation and the photo on my right is where my body has been sitting the last month. Almost a complete YEAR in between these two photos. A year full of hard work, failure, achievements, sadness, happiness and much more. It’s not easy, there is no β€œquick fix” and it’s a CONSTANT battle between what I WANT to look like and what my cravings say I want to look like (it totally votes for sweets and Big ol belly)
If i can tell you one thing it would be this: don’t torture yourself. Find that happy balance where you can enjoy the things you want but do it in moderation. Be persistent, work hard, learn to tell yourself no and when you’ve accomplished a goal you’ve worked hard for, indulge. Whether it be by eating some sweets πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ or shopping, don’t be ashamed. Don’t feel bad and don’t get hard on yourself because, darlings, life is way too short to be mad because you ate (and thoroughly enjoyed) that slice of cake. Just don’t let it become a habit. ✨BALANCE IS KEY ✨
