Day 5 of Hammer and Chisel complete!!! Things you should know:
1. Thursdays are the off days. That's a little weird for me, but I really enjoyed the relaxation yesterday (and so did my muscles). 2. Today's workout was the shortest one yet. 24 minutes!!! Including warm up!! 3. ISO workouts are really pushing me right now! Working on my form and trying to beast it!
4. My daughters are fascinated with @sagikalevthebeast! One told me my weights were too small after looking at his! #tryingtohangwiththebigboys
5. I owe my good mood to some of the fantastic imagist poems my 7th period wrote today!
