Ever since the @afchalfmarathon in August, Iβve been suffering from on-and-off knee/IT band pain during long runs. My chiropractor recommended the elliptical & an x-ray to see what the problem might be. Thankfully, no issues with my knee, but that means about a month off from real running & I havenβt done anything more than 5 miles on the elliptical since the @hotchocolate15k π€¦πΌββοΈ. Add on a last-minute sinus/chest cold for the past week, just to make matters worse π. Iβm going into this one with only one goal βfinish & not dieβ, but Iβm more nervous than my first half marathon over a year ago. So wish me luck? π€πΌ

A couple months ago I decided to go out and buy a BMX bike (thanks @blntsetoriginal !)
