🎥 Banded Cardio & Resistance 💪🏼💦 Getting a good little sweat on this morning playing round the resistance bands.
@lisatrujillo_ and I have been trying to hit the gym at least twice a week to mix things up a bit with our strength training... we still always end up in the functional room though.
Loved this workout... there's some great moves for core and hip stability in there.
Perform each move for 30 seconds with a 10 seconds rest in between each.

• Banded step overs
• Wall Sit Flutters
• Banded Skaters
• Banded Pikes
