➡To be honest, sometimes issues DO affect my training and my family life. I have days when I feel depressed and I know that dancing would help me feel better, but sometimes the depression is so heavy that I literally don't want to do anything but sit or sleep. I have days when I'm grumpy, days when I'm exhausted, days when I just "don't feel like it". And most days I stick it out and go to the studio as planned. But there are days I give up and don't. And I don't beat myself up over that anymore. And in the end, I call that a "win". 💖
