A RUN and SWIM this morning wrapped up WEEK 8 of triathlon training, and now it's time to TAPERRR! 💃🏼 You know I have all the thoughts to share about my overall training cycle, 😜 so that will happen next week!
As for the current week's recap, I slacked on my swimming yardage (I got two swims in, but cut them short 😏), but other than that it was another solid seven days of training, and I feel ready to have some #FUN while taking on the Olympic course in Monte Rio next weekend! 🏊🏻♀️🚴🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🌲🌊🍾🍷
