October Member of the month💪
I've been attending group PT with Tricia since October 2015. I started off doing 1-2 sessions a week and lost 5.5kgs in my first 4 week weight loss challenge!! I now attend 4-5 sessions a week and have lost 10kgs in total and kept it off. I am still learning new things and Tricia always encourages and supports me to push myself harder. All her classes are fun and the sessions are different each time, which keeps it interesting. The other women in the groups are all motivating, fun, friendly and supportive and I've made some great friends. She has a a great range of session times available which makes it easy for me to attend around family time and work. I've never enjoyed exercise until I started at Tricia's fit bodies but I look forward to going to training every session. If you are wanting to lose weight, get fitter and stronger and do it in a fun, friendly environment I highly recommend Tricia.
