Say goodbye to those bye-bye's! Here's a fun exercise that really hits that spot!
Attach the rope to the bottom of your Pulley machine and try using at least 20lbs-30lbs. You don't want the weight to be too light but definitely not too heavy.
Lift one foot up to create a stance. That will balance you.
Start with the rope up over your head then bring the rope slowly down. It's important that you make sure your elbows always touch your ears and that you do a full range of motion.
Repeat and raise the rope once again and bring it down.
Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
You will feel the burn. But it's a good burn. Lol
