fun lil supa set you can do on an arm day. when doing tricep pull downs try to keep your elbows stationary, don’t let them move up/forward with the cable. try to do 10 reps of each every set! also don’t get scratches on your back from a foam roller 😒😒. idk how I made it to 24 years old either tbh lmao. -

Weighted vest TRX push-ups on bosu (round side down) (3 sets of 10-12 reps)

First, put on a weighted vest of your desired weight (here i used 10lbs). Next, adjust the TRX suspension trainer so that the handles are at your knees when standing. From there, position a bosu in front of the suspension trainer and place your feet in the foot cradles.

Place your hands on the bosu and press up to assume a push-up position. Hold your stomach and butt held in tight to stabilize your spine. Use a mirror or a friend to make sure that your spine is in good alignment before starting. TOO MANY PEOPLE DO PUSH-UPS WITH EXCESSIVE LORDOSIS (arch) ❌❌ IN THE LOWER BACK‼️Don’t be one of those people‼️

Tuck your elbows ➡️⬅️ at your sides at about a 45 degree angle and lower ⬇️ your chest down toward the bosu. Briefly pause at the bottom, then push yourself back up, and repeat 🔄

Because of the multiple aspects of external instability, this exercise is also great for core stability besides targeting the chest, triceps, and shoulders ✅
