The " TRICEPS MUSCLE " group is one of the most underrated areas of the upper body. Often the training is lacking in this area due to the fact the biceps get most of the spotlight..GUNZZZ 😐 Now definitely not saying that training the biceps is not important, but let's just make sure they are both seeing equal training times. . . There are 👉🏼👉🏼👉🏼 TWO TYPES of exercises that can really add "size and strength " to our triceps and those are .... ✅CONTRACTION exercises. 👉🏼👉🏼movements that load and, as the name implies, cause the triceps to contract fully. 💚Few examples bench press, dumbbell kickbacks, and tricep press downs. . . ✅STRECH exercises are: Skullcrushers, underhand tricep extensions (cable), and behind the head tricep extensions (dumbbell).Anything that gives triceps that nice stretch feeling during the eccentric phase will work!🙌🏼 . .
