Full vid on my YouTube channel (link in bio). One of my favourite machines to isolate the tris and really do some damage. Using an advanced technique called intraset stretching (or loaded stretching) which is guaranteed to stimulate growth and also to make you cry a little, or a lot ๐Ÿ˜œ. After performing a set to failure, hold the weight in the fully stretched position (muscle should still be under tension in the fully stretched position) and hold for 30 seconds if you can (may need to work up to this). 30 full seconds (1 mississippi, 2 mississippi, 3......). Get your spotter to count if you can't ;). Finish the set with a contraction, or better yet with more reps using a lighter weight to really create some metabolic damage. I chose to hit a static hold for 10 seconds then superset with as many narrow grip pushups as i could. No one said it would be easy ;). Remember, this is an "Advanced" technique. 3. Do Not Prioritise Biceps...as stated above, the tricep makes up a lot more of your arm than your biceps do. Some seem to think that the secret to big arms is big biceps, but they would be wrong ๐Ÿ˜‚obviously prioritise both muscles, but make sure you place just as much emphasis on the triceps because they do make up 2 thirds of your arm ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
