With energize and my weight in my hands, I can accomplish a lot of things. Like finishing 6 weeks of this program, already (gosh, time’s flying!!!). 1 more build week then it’s shred time! So excited 😆
I'm always tri'ing hard! I have to push to the point of my triceps cramping up under load to feel that they are worked hard enough...and then I do that a couple more times 😁
I'm officially entering week 6 of this 8 week program I've been doing. It's full of weight training, hiit moves and core! I'm absolutely loving my results and how strong I feel! Plus its ONLY 4 days a week you guys!!! My nutrition hasnt been perfect but I'm still seeing awesome results. Week 1 I could barely get through 25 lb dumbbells on my chest press. I've been using 30s thw last couple weeks and finally felt like its time to try and step it up. It wasn't perfect and I only made it for one set but WHAAAT!!!!!! I just did 40 lb dumbbells on my chest presses! Super huge goal of mine.
Pushed play, chest and Triceps circuit training day. Pure black runout. Fun is he’s up with my first run in awhile. After a high ankle sprain, my recovery has been very slow. Lots of stretching and building strength around my ankle took time. Today’s run was only a mile but I was really happy how my foot felt. Lungs on the other hand are a completely different story. Excited to start the week off right

Tricep push-ups are one of the hardest upper body exercises for me, anyone else? Especially when its the last exercise in a series of chest/tricep supersets (we already did 50 reps of other tricep exercises). 🙉 My goal is to do them all on my toes but for now I’m just glad I’m able to push myself up and not fall flat in my face. 😂 Glad we got this one done over the weekend, now it’s on to back & biceps to kick off the week. 💪🏼💪🏼 Happy Monday! #nevermissamonday#thestruggleisreal#girlswholift
