Soooooo..... This morning I woke & hit the pool for a swim at 6am. 5 laps up, 5 laps back (still a bit struggly but that's OK). Then I met up w/my run boo, roll dog, my gym partner for an outdoor tabata workout at 730am (I thought it was spring time, why am I still having to wear cold weather gear?) 45 secs on 10 secs off & a lap up & down the stairs before a 1 min rest between sets. # TGIF The Grind Includes Friday!!!
