Which do you prefer mountains or ocean❓
This is a very difficult decision! I love them both!
I love mountains because they are beautiful & you can go hiking on them.. they are just full of nature!
I love the ocean because it’s relaxing & I love doing yoga, walking & running on the beach! Sunsets are stunning over an ocean!
The truth is.... I need both in my life! 😂

“All things pass…” We hear this teaching a lot—and it’s true!
The problem is, some things seem to stick—and they are usually not the most pleasant ones, nor the most empowering ones. For each one of us, there are thoughts, memories, or feelings that stick to us, and it seems we can’t let them go. It could be... * Regret and self-criticism about something we did, or didn’t do but should have done
*Having a hard time moving on from a break-up, or the passing away of a loved one *Resentment/anger about unfair or abusive treatment by one’s family, mentors, friends or colleagues *Obsessive thinking that is not positive nor helpful for us right now
The reasons behind these feelings could be many, but the experience is the same: our inability to fully let go keeps us stuck. It takes away some of the joy of living, makes us less available to the present moment, slows us down in the pursuit of our goals, and can even lead to psychosomatic diseases.
People then think that their challenge is lack of motivation, procrastination, depression, low self-confidence, anger issues, fear, or negative thinking—while the real problem often is that they are stuck somewhere in life. There is something they are unable to let go of, or unable to fully accept. And that can lead to many complications.
In fact, I’d say that much of our mental and emotional suffering is based on our inability to let go and accept things as they are.
If we could just let it go… accept… forgive… Then we would be more at peace, happy under our own skin, and have more energy to focus on the important things. Less negative self-talk, more positive emotions. It would be like removing a huge weight off your shoulders and moving freely as if for the first time!
Letting go is an essential skill to develop in order to live well, grow as a person, and find fulfillment. But, as you have probably experienced, letting go is not always easy. In fact, sometimes it feels impossible, so you don’t even o you don’t even think it’s an option. But it is. Always! 💚

Je vous propose de découvrir un style Yoga rythmé, dynamique et intense: le Vinyasa Flow.

Vinyasa est un terme Sanskrit signifiant  synchronisation du mouvement sur la respiration, le yoga Vinyasa est donc un enchaînement de mouvements dynamiques, initié et harmonisé par la respiration.
À la différence de l'Ashtanga et du Bikram, le yoga Vinyasa est libre et créatif: il n'impose aucune série de mouvements. Les enchaînements proposés par Irene sont le fruit de ses 8 ans d’expérience qui englobe sa propre pratique et l’enseignement qu’elle a reçu. Les séries sont adaptables aux besoins de chacun.
Le yoga Vinyasa est un style de yoga dynamique qui permet de se dépenser tout en travaillant l'alignement du corps. Il s'adresse aux personnes qui veulent un entraînement complet du corps mais qui n'apprécient pas le caractère répétitif du yoga Ashtanga, ou qui veulent essayer des nouvelles façons de bouger son corps, d’entrer et de sortir des postures de yoga.
Les aspects sportif, fluide, créatif et rythmé du yoga Vinyasa permettent aux étudiantes de développer la force, l’endurance, l'équilibre et la souplesse en même temps qu’ils apprennent à gérer le stress, à maitriser la concentration et apaiser l’état émotionnel et mental. Tout cela sans jamais s’ennuyer sur le tapis, car chaque cours est une nouvelle expérience!
Une séance dure 1h30 et à la fin de chacune un temps de relaxation est proposé.
