Food Hacks for Busy Women!
1) Always carry fruit! 💕 if you are someone like me and only get a 15 min lunch break- and don’t have time to eat a huge meal, you’ll be able to snack on fruit and healthy carbs between meals 💪 2) Pack extra containers in case you need to store extra food or heat anything up 👌 3) Prep meals in crockpot and rice cooker for Convenience 🙏 4) Prep foods you enjoy! The worst idea ever was someone telling me to prep the same 5 meals over and over again. I get BORED of eating chicken, rice every week! Spice it up! Use marinades you’ve never tried, add veggies and fruits you never use! ❤️ We’re on day 2 of Bootcamp and I am super excited to be eating meals like Strawberry Muffins, Enchilada casserole,and Pumpkin Risotto this week 🙌 what’s your go to meal right now?
