✖️Rückbildung✖️Training tiefe Bauchmuskulatur = Flacher Bauch ✖️ganz überspitzt auf den Punkt gebracht ☺️ eine der meist gestellten Fragen in der Rückbildung, wir bekomme ich wieder den flachen Bauch zurück und wie darf ich die Bauchmuskulatur überhaupt trainieren? Entscheidend ist die tiefe und schräge Bauchmuskulatur, damit sich die Rectus Diastase vollständig schließt. Erst danach darf die gerade wieder trainiert werden.
Hier drei Übungensinspirationen dazu: Bauchnabel einziehen, Po nach oben heben, flach weiteratmen, im Bereich des Brustkorbs, bei der zweiten Übung genauso. Beim Ausatmen Bein ausstrecken Bauchnabel einziehen, einatmen Bein zurückziehen im Wechsel. Wer geübt ist, lässt den Bauchnabel über mehrere Atemzüge eingezogen und atmet flach über den Brustkorb weiter. Seitlche Plank als letzte Übung, für die den Bauchnabel gilt das gleiche. Hier kann man einen großen oder kleinen Hebel nehmen, sprich Knie oder Füße als Endpunkt. Statisch halten, für den Anfang sind 15 sek eine gutes Ziel oder dynamisch mit dem Po hoch und runter gehen. solche und ähnliche Übungen findet ihr auch im neuen Programm zum Thema Wochenbett und Rückbildung. TRANSVERSUS ABDOMINIS ANATOMY:

The transverse abdominal muscle is important for stabilization of your core during lifts, and is often seen as the body's natural weight-belt!

ORIGIN:
- Inner surface of the 7th - 12th costal cartilages
- Deep layer of the thoracolumbar fascia
- Labium internum of the Crista Iliaca
- Spina iliaca posterior superior
- Lateral part of the lig. inguinale
.
INSERTION:
- Posterior layers of the rectus sheath
- Linea alba
.
ACTIONS:
Unilateral:
- Rotates the trunk to the same side
.
Bilateral:
- Active in expiration
- Compresses the abdomen
.
INNERVATION:
- Nn. intercostales (T5-T11)
- N. subcostalis (T12)
- N. iliohypogastricus
- N. ilioinguinalis
- N. genitofemoralis

Our posture is definitely getting worse this days, specially foward head posture from being most of the time sitting on desks working with computers or simply using our cell phones and tablets. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In Pilates, good allingnment of the spine is essential, and helps us correct muscles imbalances that bad postures creates.

Here are some arms and back workouts, to help us strengthen those important muscles, specially the stabilizing muscles which set the shoulder blades down into the back.

I’m showing exercises over bosu just to add some extra balance challenge, and with therabands, but they can perfectly be done without props, just sitting on a chair or standing, so everybody can do them, no excuses #armsandbackforeveryone 😉

This is a lateral band ab rollout. Great way to target the six pack abs and the deep core muscles at the same time.

Just hitch a band to a post then step through the loop and set it around your midsection.
.
Stretch the band by moving over a bit then do the rollout as usual.
.
The lateral band tension forces the anti-rotational deep core muscles to fire (obliques and transversus) and the rollout hits the six pack.
.
Rest before switching sides so that you get comparable workload in both directions.
