Transmix Dance Therapy (TDT)—. Why TDT?
TDT was born out the need to help people find themselves through movement and ‘dance’.
The transmix dance therapy (TDT is a form of ‘dance movement therapy’ to help you connect better with yourself – as moving is both good for the body, mind and spirit. Through this form of expression you will achieve emotional, cognitive and social integration.
Founded on the premise that motion and emotion are interconnected, this form of creative expression will help you improve your communication skills, manage mood disorders, de-stress, sleep better, have more energy, reduce anger, improve body image and self-esteem. More than anything else, this therapy will help you connect deeper with yourself and will help you face mental and emotional challenges better.
TDT is not a dance class, but uses dance moves, steps and expression as a form of therapeutic exposure.
