Just said see ya later to this amazing man and my 2 kids ❤️. I love my traveling lifestyle and sometimes I go on trips without them, like this one to the UK 🇬🇧 . The kids are both in school now, so them missing school and Ryan trying to get off time for work just wasn’t in the stars this time.
I’m so incredibly blessed to have someone love me, support me for what lights my soul on Fire and someone to hold the fort down while mommy’s away 🤗 (#mancrushmonday ). .
Can’t wait to take them on my next big trip next spring! But for now, they are staying home and I am going to explore England with one of my fit sisters and have a blast!

Okay, I know this is a lot of booty for your feed BUTT (😂) there’s a purpose behind this post... a very meaningful transformation. This is to show ANYONE out there that when you set your mind and envision what may seem impossible, IT WILL BECOME POSSIBLE. The girl on the left was a freshman in college taking her first progress picture EVER. That day I told myself that I would begin my fitness journey and this will be a picture to look back at. I was very discouraged when I took it but I let that motivate me... and here I am today. My genetics cause me to hold most fat in my lower half as seen here; however, I let that weakness fuel me, and with patience, I have accomplished a leaner posterior for my shows. I am beyond proud of myself and I want to prove with this that YOU, TOO, CAN DO IT! .

Can I tell you how much I use to hate Monday’s!? ALOT!!! Always felt like I was living Groundhog Day with no purpose. Woke up will no energy and didn’t know how I was going to make it through another week of the same old stuff.
Getting up a bit earlier and fitting in a 30 minute workout has changed not only my body but my mind! Today I woke up feeling happy and ready to go! Kicking off 7 days of a Clean Week with 40 amazing ladies!!!!

I am not perfect nor do I claim to be... and even when life is going fantastic I still have days that I struggle...🤷🏼‍♀️ This week has been a struggle...vacation was amazing...so much awesomeness...but I have struggled to take care of ME! I've been pouring so much into other things that my nutrition has sucked & my exercise has been almost non-existent... I haven't been doing my PD & totally F-ed of my miracle morning...🙄🙄 No MORE! I struggled through my workout tonight...it was hard...but better done than perfect!! ❤️ 💁I plan on turning this FLAB INTO FAB and I’m looking for 5 more ladies who’d like to join me!!!👌👌👌

If there’s ONE thing I procrastinate it’s packing 😂. But I was determined to get this done in less than 2 hours and I did! I just did 1 hour yesterday and finished today! 🙌🏻 That’s definitely a first! .
How long does it take you to pack? And yes, I work off my list. But I’m indecisive with my clothing 😜.

And so today I trained in my underwear apparently. Who needs gym gear? 😵😲

👌Last day off of one job but never a day off of the other. Coaching is not a “job”...it’s my passion which has definitely taken a back seat while we were out of town last week🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Today I’m focusing on revamping my business and health and fitness community so my clients and I can end 2017 the BEST WAY WE CAN💕!! My depression and anxiety have always stopped me from achieving my goals and dreams in the past. It wasn’t until I found the support, encouragement and motivation with my fitness family that I finally achieved that HAPPINESS I had been missing for so long. Of course I could not have done with it without my husband, son, family and friends. They are my WHY and without them, I am not complete.😨 My passion has always been to help others and I want to do it in a way where we can all grow together! 🙌🙌 💁That being said, I want to transition my challenge group into a community group where everyone can work on their own health and fitness goals, both mentally and physically, in the comforts of their own homes...but also in the social “community” with others doing the exact same things as them! ⁉️Does this sound like something you need?? ⁉️Something you can benefit from?
