Excuse my nasty scar and belly button this is my flaw and Im not hiding it so sorry if you have to see it😬 This is my end of week 5 progress. Never in my wildest dream ever will I thought its possible to trim my belly fats as in NEVER!!! and when I join the #250kchallenge with consistency it is truly possible. Last year March 2017 I started my weightloss journey and up until Dec I couldnt get myself to be consistent with my routine (exercise, diet, sleep) I still have 15 lbs to lose and I was stuck in that weight for 5 months😞. So when I saw on IG that @bodybuildingcom is having the #250kchallenge I immediately sign up because I know that I will be going through this journey with are thousands of people all for bettering and improving ourselves wether it is to lose fat, healthy lifestyle, exercise we all do this together so I dont feel like Im alone. To everyone who is on this challenge Im rooting for you guys lets all finish strong even we dont win the money. The best price we could ever take on this #250kchallenge is the experience, that everything in life has its obstacle and we must get up if we fall down, pick it up and keep going.

I was asked how I work my arms. I am in love with super sets with my bands. 5x20 sets with a 25 rep superset after each with my bands has helped my arms grow substantially

Sundays are rest days, but I had to take advantage of my little one being away later than usual, so got in an amazing workout! Trained #FYR on the @bodybuildingcom #AllAccess and then got in an amazing back workout! Did some rack pulls for the first time, felt good!

260 lb no belt went up real smooth with proper depth. 275 lb no belt went up semi smooth with good depth. 290 lb... uh I had to put on a belt because that MF was heavy... went up but form was really jacked. Count it.
