Her result so far is without exercise 😁

We started at 68.2kg on June 25th & as of August 5th she was 63.8kg while as of today she is 62kg (head over to my story to see a current pic of her)

Allow me to crush on her, she is a Mum of one, as she has been working so hard and we are still working hard to achieve her body goals & here is the progress report & a result of her commitment

We got in touch during my first weight loss challenge I posted out in June & she was one of the winners with many others. But her dedication has been amazing & I am glad to see her results.

Made a decision in April that I did not like my shape anymore , so decided to do something about it and so the journey began .

Pullups sit ups and calisthenic program handstands .which you can follow on my bio.

People use the excuse "your
Getting too old ," but at 47 I dont feel my training days are over just yet..😁😁🙄 5 months in and feeling the best shape ever and the strongest I have ever been, also got a few tricks under the belt😄😄 I lost just over a stone in weight . Dont let someone elses view obstruct what you want to achieve, think it , believe it , achieve it. 🔥🔥🔥 You can do it !! Can you see a difference.😍😍🔥👍🏿 Train hard , keep motivated keep healthy

My body has changed.
It got destroyed and then built back up again.

These pictures are just about 7 weeks apart. Such a difference each week. I’ve been trying to maintain my weight while trimming down some BF, and I’m happy to say I’ve been steady staying right around 137! An all time high for me!💪🏻🔥🙌

I’ve have had a lot of inquiries lately on how to achieve a similar results similar to mine. My response, creating a fitness program specifically built around booty building and somatotype nutrition! Its all happening in late September - Im so excited to share all this hard work with you guys! 💕

What’s your favorite muscle group to work??

Lately for me it’s been Triceps. I’ve been incorporating some new moves that I never do such as these bodyweight tricep dips. 🤘🏼 It’s all about switching it up and hitting the muscle from new angles to stimulate more fibers, which in turn generates better overall growth in the muscle. 💪🏼📕
.
I never stay with the same exact workout longer than 1 week. At least ONE of the following will change on a week-to-week basis for me. Number of reps and sets, intensity techniques, rest time, workout order, exercise selection, or time under tension.
.
One of the things I incorporate every single week (as should every serious lifter) is progressive overload. Each week I’ll drop the reps about 2-3 and up the weight 5-20lbs. Week by week I am lifting heavier and heavier weight so by the time I restart the rep scheme I’ll be stronger than when I started. 💪🏼📚📙
.

Happy #facetofacefriday I’ve been very off track recently. Like 100% not about weight loss at all. I do plan on recommitting but I need to look after myself first. I finished my preceptorship this week and refocusing myself and my own mental health is the most important thing to me right now. But one thing I need to remind myself is that even though I’m not completely on the grind right now, I’m still not back to where I was when I started. I’m not 300lbs anymore. I made this #transformationpic to remind myself that even though I’m not on track, as long as I’m mindful (which I am) then I won’t be 300lbs again. •
