I maintained and came home and pigged out in between meals!🙈 so I took these photos yesterday and was going to use them tomorrow for #transformationtuesday but I've decided I'm going to use them now! The photo on the left was may 2016 vs me yesterday! Same costume but 13 months difference! Total loss of 3 1/2 stone and I've never felt better! I fly out to Tenerife on Sunday with the other half and I'm going to be feeling very confident in a bikini and not self conscious! This weather is getting me so excited about getting away! So the truth is I'm not perfect. This prep was not ideal. I started in January while struggling with kidney stones, I still smoke, I've cheated my diet and dealt with a pet almost passing away and other family stuff towards the end. This has not been easy by any stretch of the imagination. I am stepping on that stage on Saturday despite everything. I am doing it for myself. I am not as lean as I would have liked, and I don't have the body I pictured I would. The amount of knowledge and loss of 30 pounds is more than enough for me to be satisfied. I'm excited for it all to be over and I am so happy I stuck with it through everything. A special thank you to @tyisfit for coaching me through everything, and @dorash_16 for keeping me in this when times got tough. Without you two I couldn't imagine getting as far as I did. Ladies and gents, I started in January weighing 155, and as of today I'm 123. I've got water to get out of me and a lot of it so I'm hoping for at least 118 stage weight. Who knows what will happen. Thank you all for your continued support. I wouldn't be here without you all ❤️

@erykahbadu Says if a breakout occurs, or a pimple grows in these areas, it's an organ that needs attention. I break out in most of the Bladder areas, i obviously need more water in my daily routine 💜
