In my opinion every good bicep or arm session should include barbell curls, it's a heavy old school exercise that I believe is the absolute ๐Ÿ”‘ to good bicep gains!!! Just finished an absolute beast of a leg session, been having trouble with my knee the last few weeks and it wasn't feeling great today so ended up starting off with about 10 sets of leg press as I didn't want to try squat heavy and make it worse but still got a crazy pump and the legs are already hurting. #motivationmonday my arms always take a while to lean out but finally starting to see a bit more definition in them! Patience is the ๐Ÿ”‘ with most things especially in fitness! You can't get annoyed or disheartened if things don't happen over night, you've got to trust the process and keep grinding away and the time will come!!! This is the start of my 10th week into this cut and I still haven't had all the changes or seen everything that I am hoping for, but that won't stop me from keep working and I'm sure it'll come in the next couple weeks!!!! #stayfocused

#motivationmonday starting the last week of this cut after 78 days feeling really good, carbs are going to be slightly higher than the last two days but still pretty low. Going to be hitting at least 300 calories of cardio everyday for the next week as I've really learnt that I respond well to cardio so going to use it to my advantage. Over that last few weeks I've learnt so much about my body and what works best for me so I'm going to take full advantage in the future and do it even better!! 3 years difference and about 2 years of serious training and I'm quite happy with the progress I've made, but I've taken my training to a whole new level and intend on pushing it even further in the next year or two and make some crazy changes.

Had a pretty decent leg session earlier and cardio felt really good despite being on pretty low carbs, tried keeping carbs as low as possible the last couple of days and im not feeling to bad.
